It was a splendid experience in a famous hotel. Terrific location and staff, and I liked the fact it has a public parking. Found in the totally safe area. The bonus was convenient room decor and great bar. Beautiful garden and very clean pool area...

The room was bright and elegant with perfect beds, and the location was unbeatable. And it also had exceptional view. The breakfast was large and had variety of food. There was a modest restaurant, shops and supermarkets next door. Fast check in & the service was attentive.

Modern rooms with really comfy beds, and the staff was kind. Hotel was very clean. Walking distance to the shops and a supermarket across the street. I loved the secure location, within 27 minutes ride to Auckland airport.

the location is perfectly comfortable, the hotel is stylish and the staff are fairly friendly. it's within a walking distance of sansui japanese cuisine, where you can have dinner.

the staff were simply accommodating and they had cozy beds. my family room was warm and spotless. everything was brand new as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was really tiny. you could walk to shops and supermarkets. the location was about 30 km from the airport.
